1. How long does delivery take?

A: Delivery takes around 7 to 16 business days after dispatch.

3. Are the products original?

A: Yes — Urban Vault curates authentic, premium streetwear with verified suppliers and real product photos.

4. When do I get tracking?

A: Orders are fulfilled in 2 to 7 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email once your item is shipped.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Credit Cards, Klarna, PayPal, and more. Local methods like iDeal and Bancontact are also supported.

6. Can I return something?

A: You can request a return within 7 days only if the mistake was ours. We do not offer returns for sizing/color mistakes caused by the customer.

7. Only one item arrived. Is that normal?

A: Yes. Items may be shipped separately to ensure faster and safer delivery.

8. What if my package is stuck?

A: If your order doesn’t arrive in 120 business days, we will refund 100% of the value.

9. Why can't I see tracking updates?
